Delete in the app

1. Open Meroli and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open your account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Verify your password or linked Apple account when prompted.
4. Review the confirmation and select Permanently delete account.

The app confirms before sending the deletion request. This action cannot be undone.

What happens to your information

Account deletion removes the account and associated family information from the active Meroli service. Some security or operational records may be retained for a limited period where needed for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Backup copies may remain until the normal backup cycle replaces them. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

Can't access the app?

Email contact@wekarepartners.com with “Meroli Account Deletion” in the subject. We will verify that you control the account before helping with your request. Do not send your password by email.
